Scams … it can happen to anyone!
A Member called through and spoke to our team consultant Rosa while he had a scammer on the other line. The scammer was giving instructions to our Member – telling him what he should say. Rosa felt something was not right. The Member was becoming frustrated with Rosa’s questions but she persisted because she could hear the scammer and could tell something was wrong. Our Member called back the next day to thank Rosa – her questioning saved him from losing $15,000.
TIP: Emails, text messages or phone calls which are URGENT or which make you feel under pressure to act may be a scam.
