Our technology partner is decommissioning the automated Phone Banking service we use for our Members. Unfortunately, we've been unable to find an alternative service provider. Regrettably, we have been left with no option but to cease this service, from 29 November 2024. You can find more information about how to perform phone banking functions (BPAY, transferring money between accounts, check balances, transaction history and interest paid) in a different way on our website.
