This month we're excited to celebrate the winner of our Teaching Initiative Program (TIP) People's Choice Award. We've also added two more video guides to our online banking library to help you make the most of Internet Banking and the Bank First App.


With scammers continuing to be active, a reminder to remain cautious.

If you receive a call you weren't expecting from someone saying that they're from Bank First, hang up and call us back on the number you can find on our website. If you receive unexpected emails or SMS messages, do not respond and never, ever click on links.

We'll never be offended if you hang up on us! It's much more important for you to be cyber safe and cyber secure.
Cheques are coming to an end
Bank First will stop accepting cheques after 30 September 2024.  No personal or bank cheques, from any bank, will be accepted in our  branches.  This includes international cheques.  If you receive payment by cheques, you'll need to suggest alternative options to people and businesses who pay you by cheque.
