This month has seen changes to our board. After 14 years, Chair Bernie Lloyd has retired and Simon Terry,
pictured back, left, has taken on the role of Chair. We have also welcomed Elizabeth Compton,
pictured back, right, to the board.
Hopefully you've had time to explore some of the new features we have launched in Internet Banking. We understand technology can be challenging, that's why we're continuing to add to our video tutorials to provide Members with step-by-step video guides to follow.
You told us it was hard to make payments using BPay in Internet Banking so we've reworked the language and updated navigation to make it easier to make BPay payments and to view bills and billers.
You told us you wanted the option to request a call back, rather than wait on the phone when you call us. We've re-instated our Assisted Call Back feature.
