Internet Banking v App
Internet Banking is different to the Bank First App.  You download the app from the Play Store or App Store on your phone.
You log into Internet Banking via www.bankfirst.com.au.
What is NPP IFTI?
New Payments Platform (NPP) International Funds Transfer Instructions (IFTI) is a payment made in 'near real time' on incoming international transfers. This is now available at Bank First through authorised foreign exchange providers. You will find more information about this in our terms and conditions on our website.

Our 'Faye'vourite

Faye noticed unusual transaction activity on a Member's account and raised a case for it to be reviewed.
It turns out Faye's instincts were right - saving our Member from losing $7,300 to scammers.
Make sure you keep an eye on our scams page and follow Bank First on Facebook to keep up-to-date with what's happening. 
Report a scam
If you think you've been scammed, there are a few things you should do. Check your accounts online for unusual transactions and if you think your VISA debit/credit card/s have been compromised lock your card using the Bank First App. During business hours, contact us on 1300 654 822. Outside business hours, lock your card/s and complete, and submit, the form on our website.
