As we close out 2024, we would like to thank you for your ongoing support. It's been another big year for Members. Thank you for your patience as we work through improving our response times to you and a shout out to Members who have attended one of our in-branch digital banking sessions and watched our instructional videos to learn about digital banking.

Bank First BBQ

On International Day of People with a Disability, our Partnerships team visited Nganboo Borron School. They arrived with their aprons on and tongs in hand and hosted a bbq for staff and students. A small token of our appreciation for the incredible efforts of specialist educators.

Branch and Contact Centre holiday hours

Hawthorn East branch will be closed on 25 December and reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Moonee Ponds branch will be closed on the public holidays and open as usual on Friday 27 December 2024.

Our Contact Centre will be closed on the public holidays and reopen on Friday 27 December 2024.
