As a valued financial planning client, you will have received information regarding the sale of our financial planning business and instructions regarding next steps.

All four of our Senior Financial Planners have accepted employment offers from CCA Financial Planning and our expectation is that you will retain your existing financial planner from 1 May 2025.

We are experiencing high call volumes in the lead up to the long weekend and a number of our financial planning staff are on pre-planned annual leave. If your questions can't be answered from information on our website, please email [email protected] or phone 1300 654 193 and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this transition to CCA Financial Planners. New account screen coming soon

We're making it easier for you to find your account number and BSB - the two pieces of information you need to receive money into your account. From 29 April, you will see a new accounts screen on Internet Banking and the Bank First App, which will display the Bank First BSB and your account number.

What's changing?

We are replacing the Member number and product code (S- number) with the BSB and account number. Your Member number is not your account number! Your Member number is like your Bank First ID and should not be used in the place of your account number as this can result in your transactions being rejected.

Public holiday hours

We will be closed for the Easter break. Our branches and contact centre will be closed from Friday 18 April and will re-open on Tuesday 22 April.

Farewell Graeme Willis

This month we have farewelled long-time director and Deputy Chair Graeme Willis and thanked him for his dedicated service to Bank First. Graeme was joined by Chair Simon Terry, CEO Michelle Bagnall, current and former directors and staff. Thank you Graeme!
